You could also switch this recipe up and switch out the Chocolate Cake Baking Mix for our Banana Bread, Sticky Toffee Pudding you name it! It will work perfectly with almost all of our Baking Mixes.

Ingredients
- Creative Nature Chocolate Cake Baking Mix
- 250ml Plant Based Milk
- 110ml Vegetable Oil
- 200g Buttercream Icing
- Sprinkles

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
- In a large mixing bowl combine empty out the content of the Chocolate Cake baking mix and mix in all of the wet ingredients. Mix together until all is combined.
- Distribute the mixture into x6 muffin cases.
- Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before decorating.
- Pipe your buttercream onto the cupcakes and top with the sprinkles (or your chosen decorations!)
- ENJOY.
