Do your products contain allergens?
All our products are free from the Top 14 allergens (Peanuts, Treenuts, Eggs, Milk, Wheat, Sesame, Soy, Gluten, Crustaceans, Fish, Lupin, Mustard, Celery, Sulphur dioxide. Our products all have our Top 14 Allergen Free Stamp on.
Full Allergen Policy
Objective: To Exclude All 14 Food Allergens in the Food Production Cycle From Sourcing Ingredients to Completed Product, where possible Person Responsible: Quality Assurance or trained designate Frequency: On going Location: Receiving, Storage, Production Purpose: To exclude FSA highlighted Top 14 allergens in sourcing, on the production line, in our products and highlight this on labels. Allergens approved for use on equipment are: Gluten Free Oats Procedure: 1. Quality Assurance (QA) will provide the ingredient list to the design team to create label and QA will proof the ingredient list again before the label is approved for final printing 2. QA will monitor receiving, storage, production, purchasing and supplier program to assure related allergen SOPs in each area are followed and properly documented. 3. Receiver will advise QA of any labels being received. QA will review received label against the standard book to assure conformity to ingredients. 4. QA will assure all employees have been oriented to the company Allergen policy. 5. All new suppliers and ingredients will be reviewed through hazard analysis to assure control of allergens through existing or new SOPs. 6. All ingredient suppliers will provide a written statement that states no allergens are present in the product and there is no risk of cross contamination with any of the Top 14 Allergens Monitoring: 1. QA will monitor various areas through the production documentation. 2. QA will sign off on the label reviewed, sign, date the label and place in label book in the label storage area. 3. QA will complete documentation as required by training programs and orientation. 4. Hazard Analysis of new ingredients and suppliers will be documented in Production meetings immediately following the period of time that any new ingredients, materials and labels were reviewed, that no allergens have been identified and controls are in place. Corrective Action: The corrective action SOP will be followed and corrective actions will include: 1. If any corrective action procedure is not followed as designated in the related SOP, the lack of documentation and performance of the corrective action will be investigated as to the root cause. If corrective action is required by the QA in response to QA checks, CA reports will be completed and the corrective action procedure followed. 2. If the receiver fails to notify the QA of receipt of labels or labels have been received and used without review, corrective action procedures must be followed to assure corrective action is implemented and documented. 3. Corrective action procedure for orientation will be followed. 4. If the supplier program is not followed as required the Production team will review in Production meetings, document shortfall and proceed with corrective action. Verification: Verification procedures will be followed as dictated by each related SOP. All corrective actions are to be reviewed and documented in Production meetings
Is your facility free from Peanuts and Tree-nuts?
Yes our facility is free from peanut and treenuts. We have strict allergen procedures in our factory including pre production testing.
Are your Super foods packed on a gluten free line?
Yes all our products are packed on a Gluten Free Line.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! We will never use animal products and are proud to say that our entire range is certified with the Vegan Society. All of our products are free from the Top 14 allergens, which include both eggs and dairy.
Are all your products certified Organic?
We have around half our range certified Organic. The reason for this is that we always source the highest nutrients content Super Foods whether they be Organic or not. For Example Hawaiian Spirulina is not certified organic but there is published research to show that it is much higher in so many nutrients than any Organic Spirulina out there.
Do your products contain GMO’s?
No all our products are GMO free!
How should your products be stored?
We recommend that you store our products in a cool dark, dry place out of direct sunlight. (Always keep the airtight lid on too, as it keeps the product fresh)
Is taking any of your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We suggest that contacting your GP if you have any concerns about using any of our products during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding.

How much does your shipping cost?
We offer free delivery over £20, £1.99 standard delivery (3-6 working days) and £4.99 for Next day delivery
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Once you have placed your order, we endeavour to dispatch the same working day as long as your order is placed before 1pm. If it is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the following working day. If you choose next day courier service, your parcel will be delivered the next working day after dispatch. If you choose Royal Mail this will usually take 3-6 working days. On the odd occasion it can take up to 10 days (We can make great super foods but unfortunately we can’t solve all the problems of the postal service) A working day is Monday- Friday. What is your Policy on Returns?
We require you to email email@example.com within 48 hours if product is damaged. We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you have a defective product please return your product with the original purchase receipt if possible. If you purchased directly from us, please contact us and supply the following info: Product Name Copy of the original receipt Best Before Date Batch A digital photo of any damages
