Ultimate Easter Dessert

Easter would not be complete with out some ultimate desserts, when you can have one dessert why not have two!!

This recipe is so easy to make and only requires a handful of ingredients, you will need our Sticky Toffee Pudding of course, which is the BEST part which brings this whole dessert together. Combining the classic Easter chocolate cornflakes and mini eggs together we have ourselves a winner.

This mix is free from the top 14 allergens so everyone can be included in all the delicious recipes that Easter has to offer this year.

Ingredients

  • Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding
  • 80g Apple Sauce
  • 125ml Plant Based Milk
  • 40g Dairy Free Spread
  • 150g Easter Chocolates
  • 200g Vegan Milk Chocolate
  • 200g Corn Flakes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl pour in the mix followed by the apple sauce and dairy free spread. Mix these all together until combined.
  3. Then add in your plant based milk and mix again until smooth and combined.
  4. Grease a square cake tin and pour in the mixture. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While that is cooking, melt your chocolate until smooth.
  6. Combine the melted chocolate with the corn flakes and mix together until the corn flakes are fully coated in chocolate.
  7. Allow your Sticky Toffee to cool before placing the corn flake mixture on top. When you do make sure to evenly distribute the mixture on top.
  8. Top with some Easter chocolates and place in the fridge for around an hour.
  9. ENJOY!
