Sticky Toffee Pudding – Valentine’s Day Edition 💗
A little love note in dessert form. This Sticky Toffee Pudding is our Valentine’s Day twist on a timeless classic – soft, indulgently sticky and completely plant-based. It’s the kind of pudding that’s made for sharing (or not), topped with delicate rose petals and dairy-free chocolate hearts, because food should always feel fun, celebratory and full of love. 💗

Ingredients
- 200ml oat milk
- 75g dairy-free butter
- 150g apple sauce
- Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding mix
- (To decorate) Dried rose petals
- (To decorate) Dairy-free heart-shaped chocolate

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and lightly grease a small baking dish or individual pudding moulds.

In a saucepan, gently heat the oat milk and dairy-free butter until the butter has melted. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Stir in the apple sauce, brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
- In a separate bowl, pour in your Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding mix, and make a well in the center.

Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry, mixing until just combined – don’t overwork it.

Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until risen, golden, and springy to the touch.

Allow to cool slightly, then finish with a scattering of dried rose petals and dairy-free heart-shaped chocolate for that Valentine’s magic.
