Sticky Toffee Apple Pudding

This one is such a tongue twister but boy it is delicious. We used our Sticky Toffee Pudding for this double tired cake!

If you are looking at a show stopping bake this Halloween this is something that you absolutely HAVE to try. You only need 3 extra ingredients for both the vegan and standard recipes.

Sticky Toffee is the flavour of Halloween and going into November! Make sure to give this a go and let us know what you think!

Ingredients

  • x2 Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding Baking Mixes
  • 80g Apple Sauce
  • 165ml Plant Based Milk
  • 50g Dairy Free Spread
  • Toppings of your choice
  • 2 Large Apples
  • 200g Vegan White Chocolate
  • 200g Vanilla Buttercream

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 fan
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine your apple sauce, dairy free spread and plant based milk together with the mix. Mix together until all combined. Repeat this for the other mix.
  3. Grease two 20cm circular cake tin and pour the mixture in and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  4. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before decorating
  5. Place icing on top of one of the cakes and place the other on top. Cover the whole cake with a layer of the buttercream icing.
  6. Melt your vegan chocolate and drizzle it over the top and allow the chocolate to drip down the sides.
  7. With the remaining melted chocolate cover your apples with this and put some lollipop sticks in the middle. Then place on top of your cake.
  8. Decorate with your chosen toppings and place in the fridge until hardened
  9. ENJOY!!
