Sticky Toffee Apple Pudding
This one is such a tongue twister but boy it is delicious. We used our Sticky Toffee Pudding for this double tired cake!
If you are looking at a show stopping bake this Halloween this is something that you absolutely HAVE to try. You only need 3 extra ingredients for both the vegan and standard recipes.

Ingredients
- x2 Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding Baking Mixes
- 80g Apple Sauce
- 165ml Plant Based Milk
- 50g Dairy Free Spread
- Toppings of your choice
- 2 Large Apples
- 200g Vegan White Chocolate
- 200g Vanilla Buttercream

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 fan
- In a large mixing bowl combine your apple sauce, dairy free spread and plant based milk together with the mix. Mix together until all combined. Repeat this for the other mix.
- Grease two 20cm circular cake tin and pour the mixture in and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes before decorating
- Place icing on top of one of the cakes and place the other on top. Cover the whole cake with a layer of the buttercream icing.
- Melt your vegan chocolate and drizzle it over the top and allow the chocolate to drip down the sides.
- With the remaining melted chocolate cover your apples with this and put some lollipop sticks in the middle. Then place on top of your cake.
- Decorate with your chosen toppings and place in the fridge until hardened
