Ingredients
- 1 pack Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Mix
- 150ml plant-based milk (oat, soya, or your fave)
- 100g dairy-free butter or margarine
- 50g Apple Sauce
- Red buttercream (store-bought or homemade with dairy-free butter)
- Chocolate Matchmakers (for apple stalk)
- Green Fondant (for leaves)
- Toffee Pieces

Method
Prep: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a muffin tray with cupcake cases.
Mix: In a large bowl, combine Creative Nature’s Sticky Toffee Mix, plant milk, melted dairy-free butter and apple sauce. Stir until you have a smooth, thick batter.
Bake: Divide the mixture evenly between the cases, filling each about ¾ full. Bake for 20–25 minutes until risen, golden, and springy to the touch. Leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
Decorate: Once cool, pipe swirls of red buttercream on top of each cupcake, then pipe toffee sauce around the edge. Finish by adding a small apple stalk, a green leaf decoration, and a few chunks of toffee pieces for extra crunch.
Serve: Arrange your little autumnal cupcakes on a Halloween platter and watch them vanish in no time—spooky, sticky, and seriously delicious!
