Made with our Sticky Toffee Cake Mix, these cupcakes are light, sweet, and completely allergen-safe. Ingredients
- 1 pack Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Cake Mix
- 150ml plant-based milk
- 80g dairy-free spread
- 50g apple sauce
- Allergen-safe white mini marshmallows
- 2–3 drops yellow food colouring
- Dairy-free buttercream (for piping)

Method
- Mix the cakes: In a bowl, whisk together the Sticky Toffee Cake Mix, melted dairy-free spread, and apple sauce until smooth, then slowly add the plant-based milk, and mix in. Divide into striped cases and bake as directed on pack.
- Make the popcorn: Add mini marshmallows and a couple of drops of yellow food colouring to a sandwich bag, then shake until they look like popcorn kernels.
- Pipe the frosting: Once cupcakes are cool, pipe swirls of dairy-free buttercream on top.
- Pile on the popcorn: Press marshmallows into the buttercream so they form a fun popcorn tub effect.
- Serve and enjoy: Perfect for movie nights, parties, or just when you want a bake with a playful twist!
