Pineapple Banana Bread
Everyone loves a Banana Bread all year round but we wanted to put a summer twist on our one!
We added pineapple to ours and it was absolutely delicious, it has the perfect balance of sweetness to it and is an absolute must this summer.
The best thing about Banana Bread is that it really does go so well with so many different fillings. If you are looking for other fruits to add why not try raspberries, strawberries, passion fruit, mango and so much more.
We have loved everything that we have paired our Banana Bread up with but this one is definitely up there with our favourites. We love it and we know that you will too!

Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Banana Bread
- 40g Dairy Free Spread
- 3 Large Bananas
- 150g Pineapple (cubed)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Empty the Banana Bread Baking Mix into a large mixing bowl followed by the dairy free spread, bananas and pineapple. Mix until all combined.
- Grease a banana loaf tin and pour the mixture in.
- Place in the oven for around 20-25 minutes. It should be golden brown on top when it is cooked.
- Remove from the oven and cool for around 20 mins.
