Passionfruit Banana Martini

A passionfruit martini has to be one of the most popular cocktails so we thought to put a twist on this and use our gluten free Banana Bread and we call it the Passionfruit Banana Martini.

The combination of the banana and passion fruit flavours were something else and the definition of summer. This is such a fun recipe and you can see all of the delicious layers of passionfruit, banana bread and dairy free cream.

You only need a few ingredients to make this and it is SO easy which is perfect for any guests that are coming over. One of these Caketails, in the sun, with your friends, now that sounds dreamy.

  • 1x Creative Nature Banana Bread⁠
  • 3x Bananas ⁠
  • 40g Dairy free spread⁠
  • 2x shots of vanilla vodka⁠
  • 5x Passionfruit ⁠
  • 40g of vegan whipped cream⁠

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Empty the baking mix into a large mixing bowl followed by the dairy free spread and bananas. Mix until all combined. 
  3. Add the 2 shots of vanilla vodka and mix until combines.
  4. Grease a banana loaf tin and pour the mixture in. Place in the oven for around 20-25 minutes. It should be golden brown on top when it is cooked. 
  5. Remove from the oven and cool for around 20 mins.
  6. Scoop out 4x passion fruit and place in the bottom of the glass.
  7. Crumble to Banana Bread of top and finish it off with some whipped cream.
  8. Add on a half of a passionfruit and enjoy!
