Frankenstein Cake Pops
These are the cutest Halloween bakes for this spoooky season, they are so much fun to make and super easy as well!
We made these using our Banana Bread Mix, which only requires 2 extra ingredients that need to be added to the mix. It is also free from the top 14 allergens, this means that everyone can enjoy these delicious baking mixes together around the same table.

Ingredients
- 1 Creative Nature Banana Bread
- 3 Large Bananas
- 50g Dairy Free Spread
- 200g White Icing Fondant
- Green Food Colouring
- Black Gel Edible Pen
- Candy Eyes

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl add in your bananas, spread and the mix and mix together until fully combined.
- Grease a square cake tin and pour the mixture in, bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Once cooked allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Once cooled, crumble up the mix in a large mixing bowl and add in your buttercream icing and mix this all together
- Take a small amount of the mix and create 5 balls using the mix set these aside on a tray and place in the fridge
- Roll out our icing fondant and cut out a small amount just enough to cover the ball of banana bread. Pop you lollipop stick in as well
- Draw on the face and add your eyes and you’re DONE!
