Forest Banana Bread

  • x1 Banana Bread Baking Mix
  • 50g Strawberries (cubed)
  • 50g Raspberries
  • 40g Dairy Free Spread
  • x3 large bananas (mashed)

Share this recipe


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Empty the Banana Bread Baking Mix into a large mixing bowl followed by the dairy free spread and bananas. Mix until all combined. 
  3. Add the raspberries and strawberries to the mixture and mix again until evenly combined. 
  4. Grease a banana loaf tin and pour the mixture in. Place in the oven for around 20-25 minutes. It should be golden brown on top when it is cooked. 
  5. Remove from the oven and cool for around 20 mins. 
  6. Decorate the top of the banana bread with the leftover strawberries and raspberries. 
  7. ENJOY!
