Banana Bread Scones
It’s not the Jubilee weekend unless you have a British cream and jam scone! We wanted to put a little twist on a traditional English scone and made gluten free Banana Bread Scones.
We used our banana bread which is certified Kosher to create these delicious scones and added some strawberry jam and vegan cream to them. The big question is what way round do you put the jam and the cream?
This was such a fun way to do scones and honestly tastes absolutely delicious. This is such a great recipe to do some baking with kids.
A lot of scones contain gluten and dairy and these are the perfect way to enjoy a gluten and dairy free alternative but still join in on the celebrations!
