Ingredients:
- 150g Vegan Milk Chocolate
- 150g Vegan White Chocolate
- 30g M*LK Chocolate Magibles (crushed)
- 50g Popcorn
- Sprinkles of your choice
Method:
- Melt both the milk chocolate and the white chocolate until smooth.
- Place some baking paper into a flat tray and pour the melted chocolate on top. Finish off with all your chosen toppings.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour and ENJOY!
2. APPLE & CINNAMON PANCAKES
These fluffy, sweet apple and cinnamon pancakes are perfect for a cozy November morning. Ingredients:
- x1 Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 130ml Plant Based Milk
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 100g Apple Sauce
- x2 Red Apples
- 20g Caster Sugar
Method:
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the plant based milk, apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. Mix until smooth
- On a medium heat with a little bit of oil cook your pancakes.
- Cube up the apples and place in a sauce pan with caster sugar and cook until caramelised
- Drizzle your apple jam over the top and top with the caramelised apples. ENJOY
3. FUNFAIR SPICED CARROT CAKE LOAF

- 165g Grated Carrot
- 70ml Vegetable Oil
- 65ml Cold Water
- Buttercream Icing

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the wet ingredients and the grated carrot
- Pour into a loaf tin and place in the oven at for 25-30 minutes
- Once cooked and cooled, decorated with your chosen toppings and ENJOY!
