
Easter can be a bit of a nightmare if you suffer from food allergies, so we thought we would share more recipes with you that are gluten and dairy free – for those of you who have to be wary of these particular allergens.
When everyone else is eating chocolate, and you can’t, it can appear that you’re missing out. However, we have a free from range of delicious baking mixes and snacks that means you don’t need to miss out at all as they are all gluten and dairy free. They can even be used to make some Easter themed desserts to impress. With Creative Nature no one has to miss out on the Easter celebrations this year!!
Our top 3 Easter Recipes:
Bunny Pancakes:
Serves 9 | Prep 5 minutes | Cook 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 200ml Plant Based Milk
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 100g Strawberries
- 100g Blueberries
Method:
- In a mixing bowl combine the baking mix with the wet ingredients. Mix together until fully combined.
- Put a frying pan over medium heat with a splash of oil.
- Add your pancake mixture, working on each part of the bunny at at time (please refer to the image to determine the shapes the pancakes will need to be)
- Once all cooked put the bunnies together and finish off with some blueberries and strawberries to garnish!
- ENJOY.
Ultimate Easter Dessert:
Serves 9 | Prep 20 minutes | Cook 1 hour

Ingredients:
- Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding
- 80g Apple Sauce
- 125ml Plant Based Milk
- 40g Dairy Free Spread
- 150g Vegan Milk Chocolate
- 150g Corn Flakes
- 100g Easter Chocolates
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl pour in the mix followed by the apple sauce and dairy free spread. Mix these all together until combined.
- Then add in your plant based milk and mix again until smooth and combined.
- Grease a square cake tin and pour in the mixture. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- While that is cooking, melt your chocolate until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the corn flakes and mix together until the corn flakes are fully coated in chocolate.
- Allow your Sticky Toffee to cool before placing the corn flake mixture on top. When you do make sure to evenly distribute the mixture on top.
- Top with some Easter chocolates and place in the fridge for around an hour.

Carrot Brownie Patch
Serves 9 | Prep 20 minutes | Cook 1 hour

Ingredients:
- Creative Nature Brownie Mix
- 125ml Plant Based Milk
- 50g Dairy Free Spread
- Chocolate Buttercream Icing
- Carrot Icing Decorations
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the wet ingredients and mix together until smooth
- In a greased square cake tin pour in the mixture and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes before starting to decorate.
- Add your buttercream icing on top and then finish off with your carrot icing decorations and anymore that you decide to add.
