Our top 3 Favourite Doughnut Recipes

1. Cinnamon Doughnuts – Pancake & Waffle Mix

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix 
  • 250ml Plant Based Milk 
  • 2tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • 3tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 130g Icing Sugar 
  • 5tsp Cold Water 

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the plant based milk and apple cider vinegar. Mix together until smooth
  3. Once smooth distribute into your greased doughnut moulds and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. 
  4. While cooking make your cinnamon glaze. Combine the icing sugar, water and cinnamon until you reach your desired consistency and taste. 
  5. Allow your doughnuts to cool for around 20 minutes before glazing. 
  6. Drip your doughnuts in the glaze and allow to cool. 
  7. Enjoy!! 

Banana & Blueberry Doughnuts

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix 
  • 3 Large Bananas (mashed)
  • 50g Dairy Free Spread
  • 150g Blueberries
  • 130g Icing Sugar 
  • 5tsp Cold Water 

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the mix, mashed bananas and dairy free mix. Mix until smooth.
  3. Grease your doughnut moulds with some dairy free spread of oil.
  4. Evenly distribute the mix into the doughnut moulds and place in the oven to cook for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While your doughnuts are cooking, add your blueberries to a saucepan on a medium heat with a teaspoon of caster sugar. Cook until the the juices start coming out of the blueberries!
  6. In a bowl combine your icing sugar and water until you reach your desired consistency. Then gradually add the blueberry juice to the icing sugar until you reach your desired colour.
  7. Allow your doughnuts to cool for 20 minutes and give them a 10 minute blast in the fridge before icing.
  8. Either dunk your doughnuts into the icing or drizzle the icing on top.
  9. ENJOY!!!

Toffee Fudge Sticky Toffee

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding Mix 
  • 80g Dairy Free Spread
  • 50g Apple Sauce 
  • 150g Vegan White Chocolate 
  • 150ml Toffee Sauces
  • Silicon Doughnut Mould 

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the mix, dairy free spread and apple sauce together. Mix until combined.
  3. Then add your chosen milk and milk until smooth.
  4. Grease your doughnut moulds with some dairy free spread of oil.
  5. Evenly distribute the mix into the doughnut moulds and place in the oven to cook for 25-30 minutes.
  6. While your doughnuts are cooking, melt your white chocolate and melt your toffee sauce.
  7. Allow your doughnuts to cool for 20 minutes and give them a 10 minute blast in the fridge before icing.
  8. Cover your doughnuts with the white chocolate and then drizzle the toffee sauce over the top!
  9. ENJOY!!!
