4 ways to make cakes in the Air Fryer

Chocolate Sprinkle Cupcakes

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 200ml Plant Based Milk 
  • 110ml Vegetable Oil 
  • Chocolate Frosting
  • Chosen Sprinkles 

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined
  2. In some silicone muffin cases place two teaspoons of the mixture in. 
  3. Place in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  4. Repeat until all the mixture has been used and allow for all cupcakes to cool for 20 minutes before decorating. 
  5. ENJOY

Mini Waffles

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix 
  • 220ml Plant Based Milk 
  • 1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • 150g Blueberries 
  • Drizzle of Golden Syrup

Method: 

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with all of the wet ingredients. 
  2. Mix together until all combined. 
  3. In the silicone waffle moulds place your mixture in and place in the air fryer at 180 for 6-7 minutes. 
  4. ENJOY! 

Sticky Toffee Pudding Tartlets

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding
  • 50g Apple Sauce 
  • 150ml Plant Based Milk
  • 80g Dairy Free Spread 
  • Caramel Sauce 

Method: 

  1. In a large mixing bowl empty the contents of the mix out followed by the dairy free spread and apple sauce. Mix until combined. Then add your plant based milk and mix again until combined. 
  2. Grease your silicone tartlet moulds and pour the mixture in. 
  3. Place in the air fryer for around 10-15 minutes. 
  4. Allow to cool and then add your caramel sauce. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. ENJOY! 

Raspberry Carrot Cake

Ingredients: 

  • x1 Carrot Cake 
  • 165g Grated Carrot 
  • 75ml Vegetable Oil
  • 60ml Cold Water 
  • Buttercream Icing
  • 150g Raspberries

Method: 

  1. In a large mixing bowl empty the mix and add in the wet ingredients and your grated carrot. Mix well until combined.
  2. Grease your cake tin and pour in the mixture.
  3. Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Leave to cool before decorating.
  5. ENJOY!
