Healthy Maca Pancakes
January is all about the healthy eating but it doesn’t mean that you have to give up all the indulgent things such as pancakes! We have a recipe for you that makes your indulgent pancakes healthy as well as delicious for you as well.
We have combined our Maca Powder and Pancake & Waffle Mix to create the ultimate breakfast for this January to keep you healthy and your body in functioning to the best of it’s ability throughout the winter months! You only need a handful of ingredients to make this delicious recipe, it will be one you need to try.
Our Maca Powder is known to help improve your energy levels, health of your bones and your immune system. This is exactly what we all need this Winter time. There are so many ways that you can use this superfood to incorporate this into your diet. We have a range of other superfoods as well such as Chia Seeds, Spirulina Powder, Cacao Nibs and Cacao Powder.

Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2tbsp Maca Powder
- 200ml Plant Based Milk
- 2tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar/Lemon Juice
- 100g Chosen Fruit
- Drizzle of Golden Syrup

Method
- In a large mixing bowl empty the mix followed by the Plant Based Milk, Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice and Maca Powder.
- Combine all the ingredients until smooth.
- On a medium heat, add a splash oil to a frying pan and add a spoonful of the mixture. Cook on both sides for around 2 mins until golden brown.
- Plate up and enjoy with some fruit of your choice, we used raspberries and blueberries with a drizzle of golden syrup.
- ENJOY
