3 EASY & QUICK FATHERS DAY DESSERTS!

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and what better way to show a little love than with a homemade treat? Whether your dad is a chocolate lover, a banana bread enthusiast, or just someone who appreciates a thoughtful, freshly baked gift, we’ve got you covered.

Here are three of our favourite Father’s Day recipes, all made using our top 14 allergen-free baking mixes. They’re simple, delicious, and perfect for sharing—no matter your baking skill level. These recipes can be whipped up quickly, but they pack all the heart and flavour of a handmade gift.

Here are our three top recipes to bake your dad this Father’s Day

Golf Club Doughnuts

Ingredients: 

  • 1 x Creative Nature Pancake Mix

  • 250ml Plant milk

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 500g Icing sugar

  • 200g dairy free spread

  • Green Food colouring

Method: 

  1. Add the plant milk and apple cider vinegar into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the contents of the pancake mix into the mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into your donut moulds.
  4. Pop them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees (160 for fan oven) for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oben and turn out onto a cooling rack to cool.
  6. Put your dairy free spread into a large mixing bowl and whisk with an electric whisk until it starts to go white.
  7. Add the icing sugar and food colouring and whisk again until combined.
  8. Use a piping bag to add the icing to your doughnuts in a grass-like fashion.
  9. Decorate with a little flag and mini golf ball
  10. ENJOY!!!

Brownie Mug Cake

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Brownie Mix 
  • Flaxseed
  • Dairy Free Spread 
  • Chocolate Drizzle 
  • Sprinkles 

Methods:

  1. Empty the contents of the mix into a large mixing bowl followed by the wet ingredients and mix until combined 
  2. Add the mix into your chosen mug and only fill about half way. 
  3. Place in the microwave for around 3 minutes. Place back in the microwave if longer is needed. 
  4. ENJOY!

Pancake Tacos

Ingredients: 

  • Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix 
  • Chopped fruit (of your choice, we used raspberries, strawberries, kiwi and blueberries
  • Yoghurt of your choice 

 

Method: 

  1. Add all the wet ingredients and combine
  2. Mix in your Creative Nature pancake mix using a whisk
  3. Leave the mix to stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat your frying pan with a drizzle of oil on a medium heat.
  5. Add a ladle of pancake mix to your pan. 
  6. Cook on one side for 90 seconds
  7. Flip pancake and cook on the other side for 30 seconds.
  8.  Add to a warmed plate and repeat until you have used all your mix.
  9. Fill with the chopped fruit and enjoy!
