Witch Halloween Cupcakes

Fancy making something fun and creative this Halloween? This is the perfect recipe for you! Everyone wants something out of the ordinary at Halloween and these witch cupcakes definitely do just that.

We used our Banana Bread Baking Mix to make these and they worked out perfectly. You could recreate these with any of our other baking mixes if you wanted to try any of those out instead.

Only needing a handful of ingredients these cupcakes are great to make with your friends and family this Halloween.

Make something a little bit different this Halloween with these super fun cupcakes that everyone will enjoy!!

  • X1 Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
  • 3 Large Bananas (mashed)
  • 40g Dairy Free Spread
  • 400g Vanilla Buttercream Icing
  • Green food colouring
  • Black and gold sprinkles
  • X6 Straws (cut in halves)
  • Black Icing Fondant
  • X6 Muffin Cases

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan 
  2. In a large mixing bowl empty in the baking mix, add the mashed bananas and dairy free spread and mix together until combined 
  3. Distrubute into the muffin cases and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 
  4. In a mixing bowl empty in your buttercream icing and add the green food colouring to create the perfect slim green. 
  5. Once the muffins have cooled, pipe the icing on top and top with some of the sprinkles. Place back into the fridge once this is all complete. 
  6. Mould some shoes using the black icing fondant, you will need x2 per cupcake
  7. Place your halved straws into the cupcakes and top with the fondant shoes. 
  8. ENJOY!!
