Winter Spiced Carrot Cake

Nothing says winter than a simply spiced Carrot Cake and we have the perfect recipe for you! It’s November which means fireworks and fun fairs and we wanted to bring that to our Carrot Cake Mix.

Our Carrot Cake is completely free of the top 14 allergens including nuts which is very rare to come by! It is a must try. This mix is great for the winter seasons all snuggled up on the sofa with a cuppa in hand watching your favourite tv show while it is cold outside!

There are so many different ways that you can make this baking mix and this is just one of the many ways. It only requires a handful of ingredients which makes this an easy bake for everyone this winter. Will you be giving it a go?

Ingredients

  • x1 Creative Nature Carrot Cake Mix
  • 165g Grated Carrot
  • 70ml Vegetable Oil
  • 60ml Cold Water
  • 30g Magibles (crushed)
  • 200g Buttercream Icing
  • 150g Sweet & Salted Popcorn

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree fan
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the Carrot Cake Mix with the grated carrot, vegetable oil and cold water. Give it a good mix until it is all combined together.
  3. Grease a loaf tin and pour in the mixture, place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, allow to cool for around 20 minutes before decorating
  5. Put the buttercream on top and then decorate with your chosen toppings.
  6. ENJOY!
