Our first day of Indulgent Desserts is here and we are excited to present to you our Vegan Gnawble Cookie Skillet!! ⁠

If you love cookies as much as we do then this dessert is for you. The combination of a warm vegan cookie, crunchy nut free Gnawbles and cold dairy free ice cream is incredible. ⁠ ⁠

This is such a fun and easy dessert to make with your friends and you can add as many toppings as you like to make it your own.⁠ This is also an allergen friendly recipe for anyone to enjoy.⁠ ⁠

A lot of desserts when eating out contain nuts or handled in an environment with nuts so we wanted to give you a recipe that is Top 14 Allergen free.

We added our gluten free HazelNOT Gnawbles to give it an extra crunch paired with the gooey cookie and we can promise you that it was amazing. ⁠Our Gnawbles are available on our website and you can shop them in Morrisons, ASDA and the co-op.⁠

  • ½ cup of dairy spread
  • ½ cup of light brown sugar
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • ¼ cup of your favourite milk
  • 2 cups of gluten free flour
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • ½ cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1x Creative Nature HazelNOT Gnawbles 30g
  • 1 scoop of dairy free ice cream
  • 1tbsp of caramel sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Using a hand mixer, combine the butter, brown and white sugar together and slowly add in the milk.
  3. Then pour in the flour and baking soda and stir until combined. Then add in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread this in your ovenproof skillet and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. One cooked, add your ice cream and Gnawbles, then drizzle over your caramel sauce.
  6. ENJOY!
