Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Victoria Sponge Mix
- 140ml Plant Based Milk
- 60ml Vegetable Oil
- 1tsp Lemon Juice
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Large Red Apples
- 60g Dairy Free Spread
- 50g Brown Sugar

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180c fan
- In a large mixing bowl pour in your mixture along with the plant based milk, lemon juice, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Slice your apples into your desired thickness and place to one side.
- In a saucepan melt down your dairy free spread.
- Pour the melted dairy free spread into your 10cm cake tin. Sprinkle the brown sugar into the butter and even out.
- Place your apples in the cake tin and make sure to fan out.
- Pour the Victoria Sponge mixture on top and place in the oven for 30-35 mins.
- Allow to cool for 20 mins and ENJOY!!
