- 150g Creative Nature Magibles
- 150g Blueberries
- 200ml Vegan Double Cream
- 150g Vegan Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 lemon (juiced)

- Start by crushing up the digestive biscuits until crumbled and add the melted butter. Mix together until they are fully combined.
- Add the crushed digestives to your cake tin and press down until smooth on top. Make sure that it is even. Place in the fridge while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl add your cream cheese, double cream and lemon juice and mix well. Crush up some of the Magibles (remember to leave some to place on top) and add them to the mixture and combine.
- Remove the tin from the fridge and put the filling inside. Make sure that the filling is distributed evenly over the biscuit base.
- Place in the fridge for a further 40-45 mins.
- Once your cheesecake has set, place your remaining Magibles on top and add your blueberries and other chosen fruit.
