Savoury Waffles

We are back with another 15 minute meal to start your Sunday right and we present our gluten free savoury waffles.

Why have sweet waffles when you can put a twist on them to make them savoury by adding sweetcorn and tomato to the mix?

Let me tell you that this is absolutely delicious and such a fun lunch idea too. ⁠You can top them with whatever you fancy too!! ⁠

⁠ These were super easy to make and really quick too which is a bonus because no one likes to wait too long for their food to be ready.

This would be so fun and different to have for lunch and dinner to mix it up a little bit.

Cook:10 Minutes



  • 1x Creative Nature Pancake and waffle mix 
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 200ml Plant based milk
  • ½ cup of sweetcorn 
  • 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes (in halves)
  • 2tbsp dairy free cream cheese
  • ½ avocado (chopped) 
  • ½ cup of baby tomatoes (chopped)

  1. In a mixing bowl mix together the pancake mix, apple cider vinegar and milk until combined.
  2. Then add in the sweetcorn and sun dried tomatoes and mix together well. 
  3. Add the mixture into the waffle iron.
  4. Whilst cooking, chop up the avocado and tomatoes into pieces.
  5. Once the waffles are cooked, scoop on the cream cheese and add the tomatoes and avocado. ENJOY!!!
