Raspeberry Brownies
Raspberry Brownies are an absolute must try this year! We haven’t just topped the brownies with them but we have actually put them into the brownie mixture and it completely elevates the dessert and takes it to a whole new level. We know you will love them so give our Brownie Baking Mix a go and try out this delicious recipe.
We always say at Creative Nature that chocolate and raspberry are one of the best flavour combinations EVER! So, this summer we had to bring you a recipe which contains the both of them.
If you are not a fan of raspberries by not try adding blueberries or strawberries instead. These will be just as delicious and know they will go down a treat with everyone.
Our Brownie comes as 250g for our Non-Organic Mix and 400g for our Organic Mix! They are both as delicious as one another.

Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Brownie Mix
- 3tsbp Milled Flaxseed
- 9 tbsp Cold Water
- 125g Dairy Free Spread
- 200g Raspberries

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 fan
- In a bowl add the milled flaxseed seed and mix with water, leave for around 10 minutes.
- Empty the contents of the Brownie Baking Mix into a large mixing bowl and add the flaxseed, dairy free spread and the raspberries. Mix well until all is combined.
- Grease a square baking tin and pour the mixture in. Place in the oven for around 20-25 mins.
- Once baked leave to cool for around 15 minutes.
