Use our Creative Nature pancake and waffle mix to make these delicious donuts and start the day with a smile!

Not only are they top 14 allergen free, vegan friendly and completely school safe, the dough is fluffy and light and is paired with a spiced sweetness that can’t be beaten! Iced, sugared or just as they come, these donuts will be a hit with everyone.

  • Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • Your favourite plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Paste

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 
  2. In a large mixing bowl pour the contents of the baking mix in and add the milk, apple cider vinegar and pumpkin spice paste and mix until fully combined. 
  3. Evenly distribute the mixture in the doughnut holds and place in the oven for around 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them; they can turn golden brown very quickly. 
  4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and take them out of the doughnut moulds, they’re ready to serve. 
  5. ENJOY!
