- x1 Creative Nature Carrot Cake
- 110ml Vegetable Oil
- 65g Grated Carrot
- 200g Vanilla Buttercream Icing
- 60ml Water

- Preheat the oven to 180 fan.
- In a large mixing bowl pour in the Carrot Cake Loaf Mix in followed by the vegetable oil, grated carrot and water. Mix until all is combined.
- Grease your mini loaf tins and evenly distribute the mixture in.
- Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the cakes from the moulds and let cool.
- Pipe the vanilla buttercream on top and add your chosen decorations.
