Mini Carrot Cake Loafs

Fancy the perfect serving of Carrot Cake? You have to try our finger carrot cake slices they are DELICIOUS. This mix is one of the easiest carrot cakes around! Why not give our Carrot Cake Loaf Mix a go!

For everyone that has a nut allergy this carrot cake allows you to have that taste of that long forbidden cake that was always on the top of the list to try. This mix contains NO NUTS! We love adding cranberries and raisins to ours to add that little something extra.

You only need a handful of ingredients for this recipe and could not recommend it enough!!

  • x1 Creative Nature Carrot Cake
  • 110ml Vegetable Oil
  • 65g Grated Carrot
  • 200g Vanilla Buttercream Icing
  • Decorations
  • 60ml Water

Share this recipe


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 fan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl pour in the Carrot Cake Loaf Mix in followed by the vegetable oil, grated carrot and water. Mix until all is combined.
  3. Grease your mini loaf tins and evenly distribute the mixture in.
  4. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. 
  5. Remove the cakes from the moulds and let cool.
  6. Pipe the vanilla buttercream on top and add your chosen decorations. 
  7. ENJOY!
