Ingredients
- Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 200ml Plant Based Milk
- 1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 250g Richmond Meatless Bacon
- 1tbsp Golden Syrup
- 150g Blueberries

Method
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix along with the plant based milk and apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.
- Pop a pan over medium heat and add 1tsp of oil and place some batter into the pan and allow to cook for around 2 minutes on until golden brown. Repeat this on both sides.
- Once all the pancakes are done, cook your Meatless Bacon over a medium heat with a splash of oil.
- Stack your pancakes high and cut up your meatless bacon on top and drizzle your golden syrup on top. For the finishing touches add some blueberries on top!
