In true Creative Nature style we thought there was no better way is there than to celebrate the 4th of July than with a blue, white and red pancake stack! Even better they are gluten and dairy free so everyone can enjoy them.

Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 200ml plant based milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1tbsp blue food colouring gel
- 1/2 cup of Strawberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- Whipped Cream

Method
1. First, mix together the plant based milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
2. Then add the Creative Nature Pancake mix and whisk together until smooth.
3. Divide the mixture in half and add the blue food colouring into one of the bowls and mix well.
4. Heat up a frying pan with oil and start pouring your pancake mix.
5. Once you’ve made the pancakes, stack them up and top them up with the fruit and whipped cream.
