Heart-Shaped Strawberry Brownies

Rich, fudgy and made for sharing, these Heart-Shaped Strawberry Brownies are the perfect Valentine’s Day bake. Using Creative Nature’s Chocolate Brownie Mix, they’re indulgently chocolatey with a soft, fudgy centre, finished with fresh strawberries for a naturally romantic touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Creative Nature Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 75ml plant-based milk (such as oat or soya)
  • 60g dairy-free spread, melted
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: a dusting of icing sugar or a drizzle of melted dairy-free chocolate

Method

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the Creative Nature Chocolate Brownie Mix packet and line a shallow baking tin with greaseproof paper.
  2. Pour the brownie mix into a large bowl. Add the plant-based milk and melted dairy-free spread, then stir until smooth and glossy.

  3. Spoon the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly.

  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until just set on top but still soft and fudgy in the middle. Allow to cool completely.

  5. Once cooled, use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out brownies.

  6. Top each brownie with sliced strawberries, arranging them into a heart or simple fan shape. Finish with a light dusting of icing sugar or a drizzle of dairy-free chocolate if you wish.
