Healthy Pancakes
At Creative Nature, our favourite way to start the day is with a good old stack of pancakes!
Now, as you all know, there are many ways we like to top our pancakes but sometimes its the simple things in life that are the best. And that’s certainly the case with this healthy pancake stack!
Whipping up a batch of pancakes with our light and fluffy pancake and waffle mix is easy peasy and will only take you 10 minutes max.
They are free from all top 14 allergens and Vegan friendly. You can top them with as many different fruits as you like. How many more reasons do you need to treat yourself to a stack of pancakes tomorrow morning?!

Ingredients
- 1 x Creative Nature Pancake Mix
- 200ml Milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Vanilla essence
- Fruit of your choice to top
- Syrup to top

Method
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the wet ingredients
- Add your Creative Nature baking mix to the bowl and whisk
- Add Vanilla essence if you wish to do so
- Heat your frying pan on a medium heat with a drizzle of oil in it
- Using a ladle, measuring scoop or spoon, pour the mixture into your pan.
- Cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook for a further 30 seconds.
- Repeat for the desired amount of pancakes you wish to make.
- Top with fruit of your choice and syrup if you like that little extra sweetness.
- ENJOY!
