Ingredients
- Creative Nature Carrot Cake Baking Mix
- 165g Grated Carrot
- 75ml Vegetable Oil
- 60ml Cold Water
- 200g Icing Fondant
- Green Food Colouring
- Red Food Gel

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 fan
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the grated carrot, vegetable oil and water.
- Grease a square cake tin and pour the mixture and spread until distributed evenly.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Once cooked allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Make your green icing fondant by adding 5 drops to our white fondant and knead together until you reach your desired colour.
- Sprinkle some icing sugar on your cooking surface and roll out the icing fondant.
- Cut your cooled carrot cake into long strips and then cutting in half.
- Fold the icing fondant around each of your fingers. Add on the white icing fondant nails (which you can make while your cake is baking) and your red food gel as the blood for your finishing touches.
