Fruit Art Pancakes

Pancakes aren’t just tasty – they can be fun too!!

And these particular pancakes are not just fun AND tasty, but they are also free from the top 14 allergens, which includes being gluten, dairy and nut free and vegan!

We made these Fruit Art Pancakes and we thought they would be perfect to share with you for some Mother’s Day breakfast ideas!

You can do this activity with kids as a fun and yummy way to start the day on Mothers Day. Or if you’re lucky enough you’re kids might do it without you and serve you a beautiful breakfast in bed! (we can all dream, right?!).

However you choose to do it, and whoever you choose to do it with, one things for sure – this will be a healthy hit with all the family!

Ingredients

  • 1 x Creative Nature Pancake Mix
  • 200ml Milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Vanilla essence
  • Fruit of your choice to top

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all the wet ingredients
  • Add your Creative Nature baking mix to the bowl and whisk 
  • Add Vanilla essence if you wish to do so
  • Heat your frying pan on a medium heat with a drizzle of oil in it
  • Using a ladle, measuring scoop or spoon, pour the mixture into your pan.
  • Cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook for a further 30 seconds.
  • Repeat for the desired amount of pancakes you wish to make.
  • Have fun making the picture on top with the fruit of your choice!
  • ENJOY!
