Eton Mess
One of our favourite British desserts to celebrate the Queen’s jubilee is an Eton Mess. It is a dairy free dessert that you just can’t beat.
We made ours with Vegan Meringue, dairy free cream and Strawberries. It honestly is one of the easiest gluten free desserts to make. However, we did make these a little bit different to a traditional Eaton Mess by adding our gluten free and nut free Magibles.
This Eton Mess is the perfect summer recipe and is great for any picnics or BBQs too.
If you are looking for a dairy free alternative for an Eton Mess, then we have got you covered.
You really can’t be a fruity dessert in the summer as it is so refreshing and so easy to make which is a massive bonus.
This is such a great, super quick recipe to quickly make for a group of people.

1. Take your meringues and crush them up. Don’t crush them up too much you still want that crunch to them!
2. Whisk up your double cream to create a thick whipped cream like texture.
3. It’s time to start layering up, start by adding a layer of cream, followed by strawberries then meringue. Continue this until you get to the top. Once at the top for the finishing touches add some crushed up Magibles!
