These are the ultimate nut free, gooey brownie that just melts in your mouth. The crunch from the oreo is the perfect contrast of texture.

Ingredients
- 1x Creative Nature Brownie Mix
- 400g gluten free cookie dough
- 2x packs of Oreos

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine the flaxseed and water and allow to set until it turns gloopy
- Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large mixing bowl and add in all the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
- In a greaseproof tin lay down the cookie dough, then place the oreos on top then pour over the brownie mix.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes and ENJOY!!
