- Creative Nature Banana Bread Baking Mix
- 3 Large Bananas (mashed)
- 50g Dairy Free Spread
- 6 Muffin Cases
- Green Food Colouring
- Vanilla Buttercream Icing
- Icing Sugar Flowers

Method
- In a large mixing bowl empty the baking mix followed by the mashed bananas and the dairy free spread.
- Distribute the mixture between 6 muffin cases and place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- While the cupcakes are baking, create your green icing for the top, mix your green food colouring with the buttercream. Bring it to your desired green colour.
- Once your cupcakes are done, allow to cool for 20 minutes before decorating.
- Pipe the icing onto your cupcakes and top off with your flowers
