Ingredients

  • Creative Nature Banana Bread Baking Mix
  • 3 Large Bananas (mashed)
  • 50g Dairy Free Spread
  • 6 Muffin Cases
  • Green Food Colouring
  • Vanilla Buttercream Icing
  • Icing Sugar Flowers

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl empty the baking mix followed by the mashed bananas and the dairy free spread. 
  2. Distribute the mixture between 6 muffin cases and place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. 
  3. While the cupcakes are baking, create your green icing for the top, mix your green food colouring with the buttercream. Bring it to your desired green colour. 
  4. Once your cupcakes are done, allow to cool for 20 minutes before decorating. 
  5. Pipe the icing onto your cupcakes and top off with your flowers
  6. ENJOY!
