Coffee Brownies

Coffee and Chocolate are a match made in heaven. Coffee is such a natural addition to any Chocolate product. It naturally enhances the flavour in a subtle yet absolutely delicious way that everyone has to experience. Grab our Brownie Baking Mix and give this delicious recipe a go!

Coffee Brownies are an absolute game changer and one that we couldn’t recommend more.

It is such a simple recipe as you simply need our Brownie Mix and the additional ingredients alongside the other ingredients for the icing.

There are lots of other ways that you can make our Brownie Mix, we love adding some fresh fruit to them or simply having them by themselves topped with some vegan chocolate sauce and of course our Magibles.

  • x1 Creative Nature Brownie Mix
  • 3 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
  • 9 tbsp Cold Water
  • 125g Dairy Free Spread
  • 2 tsp Coffee Granules
  • 1 tbsp Boiling Water
  • 100g Dairy Free Spread
  • 200g Icing Sugar
  • 2 tsp Coffee Granules
  • 1 tbsp Boiling Water

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan 
  2. In a small bowl mix both the flaxseed and cold water and mix until combined, leave to stand for about 10 minutes until gloopy. 
  3. In a large mixing bowl empty the contents of the Brownie Baking Mix followed by the flaxseed, dairy free spread and cold water. Mix until well combined. 
  4. Grease a 20cm x 20cm baking tin and pour the mixture in and place in the oven for around 20-25 minutes. 
  5. While the brownies are cooking, mix together dairy free spread and icing sugar together. Dissolve the coffee granules in the boiling water and add to the buttercream and mix together until fully combined.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool for around 15 minutes before decorating. 
  7. Ice your brownies with the buttercream and top off with some coffee granules for the finishing touches. 
  8. ENJOY!
