This one has to be one of our ultimate favourites, they are so easy to make and the most adorable things to make this Christmas!!
This is a recipe that is so easily done with children and one that everyone can get involved in this Christmas time, why not get everyone baking this festive season and enjoy making this all together.

Ingredients
- 1 Creative Nature Carrot Cake Mix
- 165g Grated Carrot
- 70ml Vegetable Oil
- 65g Cold Water
- 200g Vegan Milk Chocolate
- 150g Vegan White Chocolate
- Edible Eyes
- Holly Leaf Icing Sprinkles

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix with the grated carrot, vegetable oil and cold water. Mix together until all combined.
- Grease your doughnut casing and distribute the mixture evenly between 6.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes and then it’s time to decorate
- Melt both your vegan milk and white chocolate. Dip all of your doughnuts in the milk chocolate and then set aside to cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Dip 3 of these into the white chocolate only putting half of the doughnuts, add the mistletoe and then set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes
- They are now ready to eat! ENJOY.
