Cheesecake Pancakes
Pancake Day is one of the best days of the year! We wanted to be creative this year and we’ve found the best pancake recipe. If you’re a strawberry cheesecake and pancake fan, this is a combo you don’t want to miss out on.
Our Pancake Mix is perfect for Shrove Tuesday. This mix only requires 2 extra ingredients plus the toppings of your choice. Pancakes really have never been so easy. If Pancakes aren’t your thing and waffles are, this mix will deliver making waffles too!!

Ingredients
- Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 200ml Plant Based Milk
- 2tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 150g Cream Cheese
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 200g Strawberries
- 150g Strawberry Jam

Method
- In a large mixing bowl empty the Pancake & Waffle Mix followed by the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth and combined
- Add the Dairy Free Cream Cheese and a splash of vanilla essence. Mix again until smooth and combined.
- Bring a frying pan to a medium heat with a splash of oil or dairy free spread.
- Spoon the mixture in, cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. Repeat for all the other pancakes.
- Top with fresh strawberries and Strawberry jam.
- ENJOY!!
