Chocolate Cupcakes
Whether Cupcakes are your thing or not – you will absolutely LOVE these chocolate cupcakes with strawberries on top!
Made using our Chocolate Cake Mix, these cupcakes are super easy to make and very satisfying to look at.
The strawberry on top just cuts through the chocolate flavour giving the perfect balance.
As with all our products – these cupcakes are completely free from all top 14 allergens, school safe and completely vegan.

Ingredients
- 1 x Creative Nature Chocolate Cake Mix
- 110 ml Vegetable Oil
- 250ml milk of your choice
- 500ml Vanilla Buttercream Icing
- 150g Strawberries

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix, milk and vegetable oil until combined.
- Spoon in the batter into cupcake cases on a tray.
- Pop into the oven and cook for 20-25 mins.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Pipe the dairy free buttercream on top
- Cut the strawberries in half and pop one half on top of each cake.
- ENJOY!
