Choc Chip Blueberry Muffins
Do you ever just crave that perfect blueberry muffin? Well, we have the perfect recipe for you, you don’t need a Starbucks or Costa blueberry muffin when you have these and the best thing about them is that these Choc Chip Blueberry muffins are free from the top 14 allergens!
We of course used our Choc Chip Muffin Baking Mix which is so easy to make only needing a handful of ingredients (what’s not to love about that?) and added lots and lots of blueberries to the mixture, the more the better!!
The best thing about these Choc Chip Blueberry muffins is that you can have them for breakfast and afternoon snack or dessert after dinner. They are for every time of the day. They are a great gluten and dairy free alternative and taste so delicious!

Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Choc Chip Muffin Mix
- 150g blueberries
- 100g Dairy Free Spread
- 2 Large Bananas (mashed)
- Splash of vanilla

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl empty the contents of the baking mix and add the dairy free spread, 2 large bananas and a splash of vanilla. Mix well until all is combined.
- Add in your blueberries and mix in with the batter until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Evenly spoon out the mixture in the cupcake cases and place in the oven for 20 mins until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving!
