This Chia Seed smoothie is so easy to make and only requires a handful of ingredients what more could you want for a speedy breakfast in the morning. Our Chia Seeds are rich in nutrients and possess many health benefits, it is known to help support the digestive system, blood sugar regulation, bone health and energy levels.

Ingredients
- x2 tbsp Creative Nature Chia Seeds
- 100g Frozen Berries
- 150g Natural Vegan Yogurt
- 50ml Plant Based Milk

Method
- In your blender add your Chia Seeds, Frozen Berries, Yogurt and Milk and blend until all is combined.
- Pour into your chosen glass and top with a sprinkle of Chia Seeds.
