Ingredients
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Creative Nature cacao powder
- 12 pitted fresh dates
- 1 cup (80g) desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (to coat)

Method
- Add the rolled oats, cacao powder, desiccated coconut, maple syrup and dates in a food processor and blend untold combined and smooth.
- Roll them into balls (2 tbsp of mixture for one ball) then roll in the rest of the desiccated coconut and put in the fridge to set for an hour.
- Enjoy!
