
Bunny Pancakes
Easter would not be complete with out some Bunny Pancakes!
This recipe is so easy to make and will make anyone’s morning when waking up on Easter to this for their breakfast (although some people may say that they are too cute to eat.) This recipe only requires a handful of ingredients and is perfect to make with children.
This mix is free from the top 14 allergens so everyone can be included in all the delicious recipes that Easter has to offer this year.

Ingredients
- Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 200ml Plant Based Milk
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 100g Starwberries
- 100g Blueberries

Method
- In a mixing bowl combine the baking mix with the wet ingredients. Mix together until fully combined.
- Put a frying pan over medium heat with a splash of oil.
- Add your pancake mixture, working on each part of the bunny at at time (please refer to the image to determine the shapes the pancakes will need to be)
- Once all cooked put the bunnies together and finish off with some blueberries and strawberries to garnish!
