Banana Iced Loaf

There really is nothing better than a simple banana bread that is freshly out of the oven right? This is your sign to grab our Banana Bread Baking Mix now!

This Mother’s Day why not keep it sweet and simple if you prefer and make your mums our delicious banana bread using our Banana Bread Baking Mix. ⁠We added a simple icing just to add a sweet little topping.

Cooking has never been so easy, this mix only requires 3 ingredients:⁠
– 3 Large Bananas⁠
– 40g Dairy Free Spread ⁠
– Pinch of Cinnamon (optional) ⁠

AND is also nut, dairy and gluten free! ⁠It doesn’t get much better than this!

Ingredients

  • X1 Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
  • 40g Dairy Free Spread
  • 3 Large Banana’s (mashed)
  • 100g Icing Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water

Method

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Empty the Banana Bread Baking Mix into a large mixing bowl followed by the dairy free spread and bananas. Mix until all combined. 
  3. Grease a banana loaf tin and pour the mixture in. 
  4. With some left over banana, cut out x5 slices of banana and add to the top of the loaf. 
  5. Place in the oven for around 20-25 minutes. It should be golden brown on top when it is cooked. 
  6. Remove from the oven and cool for around 20 mins. 
  7. Decorate the top of the banana bread with the leftover strawberries and raspberries. 
  8. ENJOY!
