  • 1 pack Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
  • Ingredients required on pack
  • 300 ml dairy-free whipped cream
  • 150 g strawberries, sliced
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 4 meringue nests, crushed

  1. Prepare the banana bread according to packet instructions and bake.
  2. Allow to cool and cut into bite-size cubes.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer:

    • whipped cream
    • berries
    • crushed meringue (eggless)
