Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
- 3 Large Bananas
- 50g Dairy Free Spread
- 150g Blueberries
- 150g Icing Sugar
- Silicon Doughnut Mould

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the mix, mashed bananas and dairy free mix. Mix until smooth.
- Grease your doughnut moulds with some dairy free spread of oil.
- Evenly distribute the mix into the doughnut moulds and place in the oven to cook for 25-30 minutes.
- While your doughnuts are cooking, add your blueberries to a saucepan on a medium heat with a teaspoon of caster sugar. Cook until the the juices start coming out of the blueberries!
- In a bowl combine your icing sugar and water until you reach your desired consistency. Then gradually add the blueberry juice to the icing sugar until you reach your desired colour.
- Allow your doughnuts to cool for 20 minutes and give them a 10 minute blast in the fridge before icing.
- Either dunk your doughnuts into the icing or drizzle the icing on top.
