Apple & Cinnamon Pancakes

If you are a breakfast lover this is the BEST recipe for you this winter. Nothing beats the warmth of freshly made pancakes with the subtle spice of cinnamon topped with caramelised apples.

This recipe is completely free from the top 14 allergens so can be enjoyed by EVERYONE! It is the breakfast of champions that you can all sit round the same table and enjoy together.

It only requires a handful of ingredients and of course our Pancake & Waffle Mix. It is so easy to use and you will have delicious winter pancakes on your plate in less than 3o minutes. What is there not to love about that.

Ingredients

  • x1 Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 250ml Plant Based Milk
  • 100g Apples (cubed)
  • 200g Apple Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon (grounded)
  • 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 50g Dairy Free Spread/Butter

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl empty the contents of the Pancake & Waffle Mix followed by the wet ingredients. Mix together until smoooooth.
  2. Add the cinnamon to the batter and give it a good mix until all is combined.
  3. Over a medium heat take a frying pan and melt down a knob of dairy free spread/butter.
  4. Once melted add a tbsp of batter into the middle of the pan. Allow to cook for 2 minutes on each side until it is cooked. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  5. In a saucepan add your cubed apples and caster sugar and allow to melt together for around 5 minutes on a medium heat.
  6. While the apples are cooking start drizzling your apple sauce over your pancakes and top with the caramelised apples.
