Ingredients

  • x1 Creative Nature Victoria Sponge Mix
  • 140ml Plant Based Milk
  • 2tsp Lemon Juice
  • 60ml Vegetable Oil
  • 150g Strawberries
  • 50g Strawberry Jam
  • 10g Icing Sugar

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mix along with all the wet ingredients (plant based milk, lemon juice and vegetable oil).
  2. Grease your mini loaf cake tin and place the mixture inside, use just under half of the mixture!
  3. Chop up some strawberries little little pieces and add a handful into the loaf tin.
  4. Place your Victoria Sponge into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180 degree fan.
  5. Once cooked allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  6. Slice in half and add your jam followed by a sprinkle of icing sugar on top of your cake.
  7. ENJOY!
