Ingredients

  • 1x Creative Nature banana bread mix
  • 50g dairy free butter
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Maple syrup

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Mix in the dairy butter to the mashed bananas. 
  3. Add the Creative Nature mix, mix until combined. 
  4. Once everything is mixed together, add in the blueberries. 
  5. Pour the mixture into a bundt cake mold. 
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Allow time to cool before popping out of the baking mold.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup and melted butter.
  9. Enjoy!!!
